Addition Option 2: Bulk Upload

Bulk Upload allows you to upload multiple employee data at once.

To use this feature, please ensure you have an excel sheet containing information about the employees prepared.

The excel sheet should have the following details:

  • Employee Name.*
  • Employee ID.*
  • E-Mail.*
  • Date of Birth.*
  • Date of Joining.*
  • Gender.*
  • Relationship.*
  • Job grade.
*Indicates mandatory fields.

The excel sheet should look like this:


To use this feature:

  1. Log in to the Nova Portal using your ID and Password and go to “Admin “ at the top of your home page.
  2. Click on “Team” option, at the left side of your admin dashboard screen.
  3. Go to “Bulk Upload”.
  4. Upload your excel sheet.
  5. Match the employee directory to the contents on the excel sheet uploaded.
  6. If there are no job grades assigned, leave the column as default, i.e, “Not Mapped”.
  • Note: “Employee Job Grade” refers to the graded sum insured amount on their insurance policy. It need not be filled if sum insured is not graded.
  • Click on “Continue”. The portal will indicate if there are any conflicts which need rectification. You can correct the same and click on “Continue”.
