How can I get further updates on my claim status?

For Cashless claims, the usual TAT for approval and settlement is 3-4 hours (if no query arises from the insurer's end). However, the TAT for approval and settlement of reimbursement claims can last upto 4-6 weeks. 

Since, reimbursement claims have a longer time frame as compared to cashless claims it is understandable from an employee's point of view to enquire for timely updates on their claim status that's why our Claims Team ensure that an employee is receiving regular updates on their claim status however, sometimes it may not be as timely as the employee wants. 

In such a case, the employee is requested to reach out to our Support Team (care@getnovaapp.com) and share their request. Kindly note that checking out claim status requires intervention from the claims team since, the team is better equipped with handling such requests and checking out the TPA portal to check the claim status.
