2. When you log in, you will find a “Use Insurance” option. Click on it to start a claim.
3. Depending on whether you want to raise a cashless or reimbursement claim, click from the options given.
4. If you require more assistance, click on “Guide to Cashless Claims”/”Guide to Reimbursement Claims”/”Guide to Emergency Claims" which can be found under quick links within "Insurance Benefits" tab.
