How long will it take to approve my cashless claim?

Typically the turnaround time (TAT) for the settlement of a cashless claim is 3-4 hours. The TAT is calculated from the time of documents shared by the hospital to the TPA. In case the TPA asks for additional documents, the TAT is 3-4 hours from the final submission of additional documents.

The TAT for cashless claims also depends on how quickly the insurance company receives all necessary documentation from the patient and the hospital. If the patient or hospital is slow to submit the required information, the TAT for the claim may be longer.
