I am unable to select my dependent’s name in the drop-down while raising a claim request. What should I do here?
If your dependent is added in your policy then, this issue shouldn't happen. However, sometimes due to certain technical errors on your browser can raise this issue.
What one can do here is clear the cache on their browser then, try logging in again on
Nova Portal using incognito mode. This will clear up the drop-down issue that an employee might be facing while raising a claim request.
