My insurer is Kenko, what should be the cashless claim procedure for it since I don’t have my e-card?

For all the employees having Kenko as their insurer, they don't require e-cards for their claim procedure. 

If there is any Cashless claim, you are requested to reach out to Kenko Customer Care (Tel)- 1800-843-3599
Mail: care@kenko-health.in and intimate to them about your upcoming hospitalization.
