  1. In order to access the benefits listed under your insurance policy, you have to check out the benefits section on the homepage of the Nova Portal. These benefits varies upon which kind of insurance policy a company has purchased. Some employees are offered a plethora of benefits along their insurance policy while some are not offered any benefits.
