Endorsements are processed on a monthly basis and to ensure that employees can activate their benefits smoothly and on time, regularly checking endorsement process helps the HR take required action to complete endorsement, it also helps employee data reach Nova in a timely manner.
There are three stages of tracking of endorsements in the Nova Portal:
To smoothly track the endorsement batch:
Log into the Nova Portal and go to “Admin” and then”Endorsement” (to the left side of the Admin Dashboard). You can choose to check “Missing Data”/ “Approval Pending”/ “Ready for Nova” by clicking on the respective tabs.

To view the data in Approval Pending:
Click on “Approve Pending Changes”.
To approve all pending data, click on “Approve All” OR if you wish to approve only a few employee data, you can select them individually and approve them.
Note: The employee icons in blue are employee data and those in yellow are the dependents of the employee(s).
To check which employees data have been collected and Ready for Nova:
Once the data is in this section, they will be verified by Nova and sent to the insurer, who will then verify and communicate the confirmation to Nova and Nova will issue E-Cards to the employees.
To give an overview of the tracking process- Step 1 involves collection of data and then comes Step 2 wherein the data is verified by Nova and sent to the insurer, who will send a confirmation and finally, Step 3 Nova will activate benefits of the employee(s) and issue an e-card/medi card.
The whole process takes about 15 days, unless there are missing/incomplete data, which then delays the process.
