What is the status of my claim?
After you file a claim, any development on your claim status will be updated and intimated to you by our team. These updates will be sent to you via e-mail and WhatsApp (on the same phone number submitted by you while filling up the claims form).
In case you are not receiving the updates, kindly mail us your Official ID (the one you use for the Nova portal) and the date you raised your claim at
