What is a GPA policy?

People-first organizations place a lot of emphasis on attracting and maintaining talent because employees are a company's most valuable asset. Offering employees financial support in the event of a medical emergency caused due to an accident is one way of doing this. Your employer can offer complete accidental coverage to their employees with group personal accident insurance (GPA).

Group Personal Accident (GPA) Insurance covers policyholders' families from financial hardship in the event of accidental death or disablement. The coverage conditions assist in removing or lowering the significant costs connected to unintentional disablement.

You can view the GPA policy coverage from the Accident Coverage card on your Nova portal.

By clicking on the View Details link, you'll be able to view the coverage terms along with the policy document attached towards the bottom of the list.
