Endorsement is the process of amending or making changes to an existing policy by adding, removing or changing details of the employee or their dependents in the policy copy.
Endorsement batches are processed on a monthly basis. All additions/deletion/changes are collected by Nova on a monthly basis and then forwarded to the insurer/benefits partner who will reflect these changes in the policy. However, the employees are covered from Day 1 of their joining (subject to sufficient CD balance with the insurer).
