What is the time limit for raising a claim?

  1. To raise a claim for cashless facility, you can intimate us by signing in to the Nova Portal any time before your hospitalization.
  2. To raise a claim for reimbursement, you should intimate us by signing in to the Nova Portal at the time of your hospitalization or 2 days after getting admitted at the hospital, this helps ensure that you have all the documents necessary and also helps us process your claim faster. However, in case you have missed out on that period, you can still raise a reimbursement claim any time within 30 days of being discharged (T&C applied). 
We suggest that you go through your policy document as the time frame may vary from one policy to the other.
