When will I get my reimbursement amount?

After your documents reach your insurer TPA, the claims process begins and you will receive your claim amount within 4-6 weeks.

A reimbursement claim process involves extensive checking, verification and communication between us, your insurer TPA and your insurance company only after which your reimbursement amount will reach you.
