Where should I courier my documents?
Reimbursement claims is a long process since it involves online as well as physical verification from the insurer's end of the documents provided. The TAT for the approval and settlement of this claim is 4-6 weeks. If you want to understand the reimbursement claims procedure, please click
here.
Once your documents have been given a green flag from your respective claims associate, kindly wait for an intimation from their end whether your documents would require a physical verification from the insurer's end. If yes, then your respective claims associate would let you know the insurer's/TPA address to where your documents would be couriered to. Once you have couriered the documents to the address given by your claims associate, it is idle to share the POD/Tracking details with them on mail since it would assist us in expediting your claims process.
Please note that you should never courier your documents without intimation from your claims associate since, our claims team will not be held responsible in case the documents went over to a wrong address.
