An Health Insurance's terms & conditions varies from employee-to-employee. While raising a claim, it's crucial to understand what is covered under one's policy to avoid unnecessary expenses from the insured's end.
- To find out what is not covered under your policy, login to the Nova portal using your corporate login credentials. Then, on the homepage itself, click on view details on the health insurance tab.
- This will open up all the details related to your insurance policy. You can find your e-card here, what is covered under your policy and what is not covered under your policy.
- To view a more detailed version of your policy conditions, click on policy document at the bottom of the page.
