My e-card is not available.

Please note that the availability of e-cards takes approximately 15 working days from the date of your policy activation. 

We will notify you via E-mail & WhatsApp once your e-cards are available and you can check for the same on the portal.

However, if it has been more than 15 days after policy activation or if it is urgent, kindly leave us an e-mail at care@nova-benefits.com with the following details: 

  1. Your employee ID
  2. Official e-mail address
  3. Date of joining
